Endow the June Scobee Rodgers Educator Award

Since 2017, Challenger Center has presented the June Scobee Rodgers Educator Award to exceptional teachers who embody the spirit, passion, and dedication that define our Founding Chair, June Scobee Rodgers. Named in honor of June, this annual award provides an educator $1,500 and recognizes the energy and inspiration they bring into their classrooms every day. The nominating Challenger Learning Center also receives $1,000.

June has personally funded the majority of this award each year, but now, we are quietly raising $72,000 to permanently endow this award.

Together, our gifts will honor June's legacy, celebrate her commitment, and inspire future educators to follow in her footsteps.
